Astradial provides AI-powered voice calling solutions for businesses. Our services include lead qualification, customer support automation, and business workflow optimization. The service architecture is built using the Pipecat voice bot framework and leverages the Gemini 2.0 model by default for AI processing.
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain aspects of the service may require payment. Payment terms will be clearly displayed before you commit to any paid services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. All transactions will be processed in compliance with applicable Indian payment regulations.

By submitting a phone number to our service for outreach, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary marketing consent from the recipient in accordance with all applicable laws.
All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Astradial and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall Astradial be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Astradial is committed to complying with all relevant Indian regulations. You agree to use the services in full compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and other telecommunications regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to the regulations regarding the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). You are prohibited from using our services to contact any numbers registered on the NCPR for promotional purposes without their explicit, verifiable consent.
Our service is proudly built upon open-source technology. The core voice bot architecture is powered by Pipecat. We extend our sincere credit and gratitude to the Pipecat community for their contributions. The default AI model used is Gemini 2.0, provided by Google. Your use of the AI features is subject to Google's data processing policies.
